1. Purpose of the document

These Rules govern the provision of educational services by an online school (hereinafter referred to as the School) and determine the conditions for students’ participation in the educational process in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Registration for training and (or) payment for services means the student’s full and unconditional agreement with these Rules. Payment for services confirms the student’s intention to regularly participate in the educational process and comply with the agreed class schedule.

2. Organization of the educational process

Classes are conducted online, individually or in groups according to an agreed schedule. Study time is assigned to the student and reserved by the teacher in advance. It is recommended to join the class 3-5 minutes before the start. The duration of the lesson is fixed and does not increase if the student is late. The student independently ensures a stable Internet connection, proper functioning of the equipment, and access to the platforms used. Technical limitations on the part of the student do not count as deficiencies in the provision of services by the School. Regular attendance at classes is an important condition for the effectiveness of training.3. Participation in class The student undertakes: - join classes in a timely manner; - adhere to the agreed schedule; - actively participate in the educational process; - carry out tasks and methodological recommendations of the teacher; - comply with the teacher’s requirements aimed at organizing and making the lesson more effective; - be in an environment that does not interfere with the educational process. The teacher determines the methodology for conducting the lesson, the sequence of tasks and the format of work within the framework of the School’s educational program. The teacher's instructions aimed at achieving educational goals are mandatory for the student. Correct and respectful communication with all participants in the training is mandatory.

3.1 Student responsibility for educational results

The school provides educational services aimed at developing the student’s skills, but achieving results depends from the student’s personal participation. The learning outcome depends, among other things, on: - regular attendance at classes; - timely connection; - doing homework; - active participation; - independent practice outside of class. The school does not guarantee achievement of a specific level of language proficiency, passing examinations or obtaining professional results. Failure by a student to follow the teacher’s recommendations or irregular participation is not grounds for a refund.

4. Academic ethics

During classes, offensive, discriminatory statements, aggressive behavior and actions that disrupt the educational process are prohibited. The school maintains a safe educational environment and has the right to terminate classes if these requirements are violated without compensation for missed time.

5. Educational materials and intellectual property

Prohibited: - transfer of materials to third parties; - publication and distribution of materials; - recording classes without prior approval.6. Transfer and cancellation of classes The lesson is held at a pre-agreed time, which is reserved for the student and teacher. By paying for tuition, the student confirms the reservation of the teacher’s teaching time. The student has the right to reschedule a lesson by notifying the administration no later than 24 hours in advance. The transfer is carried out if the teacher has free time. With less than 24 hours notice, the lesson is considered completed. Failure to show up without warning is equivalent to a completed lesson. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the teacher has the right to end the wait. The service is considered provided when the teacher is ready to conduct a lesson regardless of the student’s connection. Technical difficulties on the part of the student are not grounds for free transfer. If a lesson is canceled at the initiative of the School, an alternative time or extension of the subscription is provided.

7. Freeze training

Freezing is a temporary suspension of classes with an extension of the validity of the subscription. The freeze is issued in advance through the administration and is not applied retroactively. A student has the right to use freezing once: - when paying tuition for 1 month - up to 7 calendar days; - when paying for 3 months of tuition - up to 14 calendar days. Freezing is provided for a single period and is not divided into parts. During the freeze period, classes are suspended and the subscription period is extended. The freeze does not apply to classes already missed and is not subject to monetary compensation. After the freeze is completed, the schedule can be adjusted.

8. Subscription validity period

A 1 month subscription is valid for 30 calendar days. A 3-month subscription is valid for 90 calendar days. The period begins from the date of the first lesson or the agreed start date. Unused classes at the end of the term will be canceled without compensation.

9. Financial terms

Payment is made in advance and confirms the reservation of the teacher's time. In the absence of payment, the School has the right to suspend the provision of services. In case of early termination of training, recalculation is made at the base cost of one lesson without taking into account the package discount. Classes actually provided and reserved are non-refundable. The student’s subjective assessment of the complexity of the program, methodology, or personal perception of learning is not a basis for a refund.

Classes and payments are recorded in the School’s CRM system.10. Compliance with the rules In case of systematic violation of the rules, ignoring the requirements of the teacher, inappropriate behavior or the creation of conflict situations, the School has the right to: - issue a warning; - change the format of training or teacher; - temporarily limit participation in classes; - terminate the provision of services unilaterally.

The decision is made with the aim of maintaining a safe educational environment. There are no refunds for reserved classes in such cases.
